We use your information to match you with an appropriate local contractor, to contact you about your request, to operate and improve the service, and to comply with the law.

To match you, we share the details of your request with one or more independent lawn-care contractors in our network so they can contact you and quote the work. Once connected, your relationship for the actual work is directly with that contractor. We may also use service providers (for example, hosting and call handling) who process information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

By submitting a request or calling us, you agree that Mowtivated and the contractor we match you with may contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding your request, including by automated means where applicable. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out at any time by telling us or the contractor to stop. Message and data rates may apply.

When you call, you may interact with a virtual (AI) assistant that helps route your request, and calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and routing purposes.

We keep request information only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
