Mowtivated is a referral service. We match you with independent, third-party lawn-care contractors. We do not perform lawn-care work, employ the contractors, or act as their agent. Any agreement for actual work — including pricing, scheduling, and performance — is solely between you and the contractor.

While we screen the contractors in our network, we do not guarantee their work, availability, pricing, or conduct. You are responsible for evaluating a contractor and any quote before hiring. Mowtivated is not liable for the acts, omissions, or work of any contractor.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it, and you consent to being contacted as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to misuse the site or submit fraudulent requests.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mowtivated and Mowtivated Lawn Care LLCare not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the referral service. The site is provided “as is.”
